  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
  • For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer or may not be available. Please check your pin code at checkout for availability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate for all orders below ₹999.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • Custom and personalized photo frames may take 3-5 business days for processing due to customization requirements.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.
  • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking details of your shipment.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays) may result in a delay. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay in shipping your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
