- We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer or may not be available. Please check your pin code at checkout for availability.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate for all orders below ₹999.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation.
- Custom and personalized photo frames may take 3-5 business days for processing due to customization requirements.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.
- Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
